Can you think of a better Cicerone than Valentino to introduce you in glamorous Milano? Neither the Gap managers could. The uber American smart casual brand will celebrate its coming opening in Milan’s Corso Vittorio Emanuele with a woman capsule collection by the Italian Label.

Together, the two brands will create a collection of women’s clothing that will be available in November, when a Gap flagship will open on. It will also be available at Gap’s stores on London’s Oxford Street and in the Dover Street Market, and at Collette in Paris. Bad news for our American pals, as this treat would be just available in Europe :-C

The collection, which will be designed by Valentino creative directors Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli, is based on iconic Gap pieces and is expected to fall within the brand’s current price structure.
